In Masindi, Uganda filming Sightsavers Economic Empowerment Programme, I met Godfrey and Rajad, former students from the Connecting the Dots programme who had received vocational training and were now running successful businesses, employing fellow course participants and are now spokespeople for people with disabilities in Uganda. Monica and Albert are part of the Economic Empowerment Programme and about to start training.
